Receive, log, and properly tag all warranty-returned parts from service centres and field operations.
Check the physical condition, completeness, and correctness of all incoming warranty claims.
Identify and address transit-related issues such as damaged, missing, or improperly packed parts.
Maintain organised storage of warranty parts with strict 5S and traceability standards.
Ensure accurate and timely ERP and DMS entries for all warranty transactions.
Coordinate with CQA for warranty approval decisions and provide required claim details. Manage scrapping of failed warranty parts after receiving formal CQA/Quality approval. Follow up with Dealers on pending, delayed, or non-compliant warranty parts.
Issue replacement parts to dealers or service teams as per approved processes.
Maintain MIS for warranty part status, claim closures, and debit notes issued to dealers.




Track and update data on supplier debits processed by CQA/SQA teams.
Collaborate with Service, Quality, CRM, R&D;, and Production to support quick closure of warranty cases.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical / Electronics Engineering.

● 3–5 years of experience in warranty operations, service operations, or parts management (EV/Automotive preferred).

● Robust understanding of EV/automotive components and failure modes.

● Valuable command of ERP/DMS workflows and documentation standards.

● Robust organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
