We are seeking an organized and creative Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing daily operations and creating content for our social media platforms. Key responsibilities include:
Maintaining and organizing the stocking system to ensure efficient inventory management
Printing labels for orders and ensuring all return orders are scanned accurately
Filing safety claims and managing related documentation
Handling basic customer interactions with professionalism
Shooting creative reels for Instagram using a mobile phone and coordinating with the editing team
Working independently to manage daily tasks and connect effectively with remote team members

Requirements
Experience in managing stock, labeling, and printing processes
Basic computer knowledge for handling inventory and order management systems.
Operating a computer confidently
Taking printouts and scanning documents
Using MS Office (Word, Excel) for day-to-day tasks
Familiarity with email communication and file management




Ability to shoot and produce engaging reels for social media platforms
Creativity and a keen eye for detail in content creation
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
Effective communication skills to connect with both in-person and remote team members
