Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Marketing and Communications Executive. The role involves planning and executing marketing communication campaigns that promote Odyssey’s products and strengthen brand awareness in the information security domain.

Responsibilities include drafting and distributing press releases, managing public relations activities, and coordinating with media and industry partners. The executive will create and manage content for digital channels, including social media platforms, company website,



and email campaigns, ensuring consistency of messaging and branding. Day-to-day tasks also include monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports, supporting event and webinar promotions, and collaborating with internal teams to translate technical features into clear, engaging communication.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Marketing Communications and Social Media Marketing to plan campaigns and manage digital presence.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills, including written and verbal, to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Candidates should possess experience in Press Releases and Public Relations to handle media outreach and brand visibility initiatives.
- Candidates should possess the ability to develop content strategies, create marketing collateral, and align messaging with business objectives.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field are beneficial.
- Familiarity with technology or cybersecurity domains, analytics tools, and basic design or presentation skills will be an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects with attention to detail is preferred.
