Key Responsibilities

- Support marketing campaigns through reporting, analytics, performance measurement, and insights generation.
- Create customer segments, develop target lists, and execute audience selection strategies.
- Execute merge-purge activities to eliminate duplicate customer records, improve mailing accuracy, optimize campaign reach,



and reduce production costs.
- Manage binding activities by linking customer, offer, product, and mailing data to create final production-ready files for catalog and direct mail execution
- Analyze campaign KPIs including open rate, CTR, conversion rate, and engagement metrics.
- Support end-to-end catalog production including audience selection, version planning, promotions, product mix planning, proofing, and print coordination.
- Manage project timelines, track deliverables, and coordinate with cross-functional teams (Database Marketing, Merchandising, IT, Creative, Brand teams).
- Prepare executive dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analytics requests.
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and optimization opportunities.
- Maintain data quality, customer databases, regulatory compliance, and SLA adherence.
