About the Role

We are looking for a Production Executive – 3rd Party Manufacturing to take ownership of production execution across our external manufacturing partners.The role will be the key coordination point between 3rd-party manufacturers, R&D;, Quality, Procurement, and Supply Chain, ensuring that products are manufactured as per approved formulations, specifications, quality standards, timelines, and cost targets.This is a hands-on execution role for someone who understands manufacturing on the ground, can troubleshoot production challenges quickly, and has the ownership to drive external manufacturing partners toward consistent quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.The role will also play a critical part in NPD scale-up and commercialization, ensuring a smooth transition from R&D; trials to successful commercial production.

You Should Apply If You Have

- Hands-on experience in food, nutraceutical, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or similar manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of production processes, manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting, and scale-up.
- Experience working with or managing third-party / contract manufacturing partners.
- Strong ownership and execution mindset with the ability to take accountability from production planning to final dispatch.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across manufacturing, R&D;, Quality, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify root causes and drive practical solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
- Commercial understanding of the relationship between quality, cost, productivity, and delivery timelines.

You Should Not Apply If You

- Prefer a purely coordination or follow-up role without hands-on involvement in manufacturing.
- Are uncomfortable taking ownership when production issues arise.
- Struggle to challenge external manufacturing partners when quality, timelines, or specifications are not being met.
- Prefer highly structured environments with limited ambiguity or problem-solving.




- Focus only on production volume without considering quality, cost, yield, wastage, and efficiency.
- Are not comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.

What Would Make You a Strong Fit

We would be especially excited about someone who:

- Can independently take a product from NPD trial to successful commercial production.
- Has a strong troubleshooting instinct and focuses on root cause and solutions rather than excuses.
- Uses metrics such as yield, rejection, downtime, OEE, wastage, and production cost to improve manufacturer performance.
- Continuously looks for ways to make processes faster, better, cheaper, and more consistent.
- Has the confidence and maturity to challenge manufacturing partners while maintaining strong relationships.
- Demonstrates high agency, urgency, and a bias toward action.

By the end of the first six months, success in this role would mean:

1. On-time production and dispatch with consistent quality and adherence to approved specifications.
2. Improved 3rd-party manufacturer performance across quality, yield, wastage, cost, and timelines.
3. Reduction in batch failures, rework, deviations, and production losses.
4. Successful execution of NPD scale-up and commercialization from trial batches to commercial production.
5. Stronger SOPs, production dashboards,



performance tracking, and manufacturer accountability.
6. Faster identification and resolution of production and manufacturing issues.
7. Establishment of a scalable and reliable operating rhythm with key manufacturing partners.

Work Experience: 2–3 years

Working days: Monday - Saturday
