Responsibilities

- Ensure timely redressal of student queries and concerns
- Liaise with Student affairs coordinator for required interventions and provide guidance
- Promote and monitor student participation in surveys
- Encourage student involvement in engagement and enrichment activities
- Coordinate with faculty and leadership on behavioral or disciplinary issues and implement committee recommendations
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and grooming/uniform compliance, and map processes for accountability.
- Coordinate with Housing Coordinators to ensure appropriate student housing and welfare support.




- Provide timely, accurate, and skilled responses to students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Support student clubs, events, and initiatives that enhance campus life and sense of belonging
- Collaborate with Marketing/PR teams to highlight student achievements, events, and success stories
- Coordinate alumni engagement activities, including alumni networking, mentoring, and events
- Interpret and implement university policies and regulations related to student affairs.
- Monitor student attendance and punctuality in compliance with program requirements.
- Provide evidence, reports, and metrics on student services for self-studies, program evaluations, and accreditation visits.

Preferred:

Education Qualification: Master's Degree

10+ years in Student Affairs or a related administrative role

Hands-on experience in Student Engagement is a must
