We are now building our Credit Life vertical, and we are looking for someone to own it.

What will you do

Build the Credit Life book

Acquire and manage partnerships across NBFCs, fintechs, HFCs, MFIs, vehicle finance and consumer finance companies.

Own the CXO room

Build and hold relationships with CEOs, COOs, CBOs, CROs and partnership heads at lending institutions, from first meeting to signed commercials.

Design the solution, not just the pitch

Understand each lender's loan products, customer profile, ticket sizes and repayment structures, then work with life insurers on product selection, pricing, underwriting and policy structure.

Take partners live

Manage onboarding end to end with our technology, operations and insurer teams,



including API integration.

Run the business

Track premium collections, policy issuance, partner activation and revenue. Support claims coordination, MIS and reconciliation. Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

Who are we looking for

✔ 5 to 6 years in Credit Life Insurance, life insurance, insurance broking, NBFC, fintech, bancassurance or financial services

✔ Graduate or postgraduate

✔ Robust grasp of Credit Life products and lending business models

✔ Existing relationships with NBFCs, fintechs, HFCs or life insurers are a real advantage

✔ Sharp negotiation, presentation and analytical skills

✔ Confidence to influence CXO level stakeholders

✔ Self driven enough to run multiple partnerships independently

✔ Willingness to travel extensively
