Job Description:

Position: Dispatch Executive

Location: Vapi

Experience: 0.6 - 2 years

Industries: Rubber

Responsibilities:
Dispatch Management
Plan, coordinate, and monitor dispatches.
Allocate drivers, vehicles, and routes.
Ensure on-time delivery and pickup.
Communication
Liaise with drivers, vendors, customers, and internal teams.
Provide delivery updates and resolve issues.
Route Optimization
Plan routes to minimize transit times and costs.
Utilize logistics software (TMS, WMS).
Documentation
Maintain accurate records (PODs, invoices, etc.).
Manage dispatch documentation.
Performance Monitoring
Track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Meet dispatch and delivery targets.
Compliance




Ensure adherence to transportation regulations.
Maintain safety and quality standards.

Required Skills
Must be excellent in written and spoken English and adept at computer skills
Team player
Positive in communication
Invoice Make, Excel Work, Mail Drafting

Qualification: Any Graduate

Salary :- 2.40 LPA
