We are looking for a skilled Zoho Developer with a minimum of 2 years of experience and solid expertise across the Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and implementing Zoho solutions while also supporting the sales team during pre-sales activities, client discussions, solution demonstrations, and requirement gathering.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain Zoho applications and integrations.
Configure and manage Zoho products based on business requirements.
Design and implement workflows, automation, reports, dashboards, and custom functions using Deluge scripting.
Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems and APIs.
Support the sales team during client meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
Analyze customer requirements and propose suitable Zoho-based solutions.
Prepare solution documents, effort estimates, and technical proposals.
Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) demonstrations and technical presentations.
Provide technical guidance and recommendations to prospective customers.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho implementations.




Stay updated with the latest Zoho features and best practices.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Zoho development and implementation.
Robust knowledge of the complete Zoho suite, including:
Zoho CRM
Zoho Creator
Zoho Books
Zoho Desk
Zoho Projects
Zoho People
Zoho Analytics
Other Zoho applications and integrations.
Strong experience in Deluge scripting, workflows, and automation.
Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Solid communication and presentation skills.

Pre-Sales / Sales Support Requirements
Experience supporting sales teams during customer engagements.
Ability to understand business requirements and map them to Zoho solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospects.
Prepare technical proposals, solution architecture, and effort estimations.
Assist in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and customer queries.
Collaborate closely with sales teams to drive successful deal closures.
