Job Description:

Position: Quality Officer(Plastic)

Location: Slivassa

Experience: 3 - 4 Years

Industries: Plastic

Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming raw materials and packaging materials.
Conduct in-process quality checks during production.
Perform testing and inspection of finished products as per specifications.
Prepare quality reports, inspection records, COA, and other documentation.
Monitor production processes and identify quality issues.
Coordinate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Handle customer complaints and conduct root-cause analysis.
Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and company quality standards.
Maintain calibration and verification records of testing equipment.
Participate in internal and external quality audits.




Train production operators on quality procedures and standards.

Required Skills
Knowledge of QC tools and inspection techniques.
Understanding of plastic manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with ISO 9001, 5S, CAPA, and quality documentation.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.

Required Qualification: -B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry/CIPET

Salary: - Upto 6.00 LPA
