Job Description:
Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and inventory control.
Flexibility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Support in resolving production bottlenecks and scheduling conflicts.
Ensure all PPC-related documentation is accurate and updated regularly.
Prepare production schedules considering machine capacity, manpower availability, and delivery timelines.
Review and adjust production plans as per order changes or resource issues.
Analyze deviations from the plan and initiate corrective actions.
Develop and maintain PPC reports, including production efficiency, OEE, downtime, and delivery performance.
Coordinate with interdepartmental teams to streamline production.
