Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor with 1–3 years of experience in a hardcore press component manufacturing line. The candidate should have good practical knowledge of press tools, press machines, and manufacturing processes and should be capable of handling day-to-day production activities, manpower, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities in the press component manufacturing line.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan and schedule.
Handle and supervise production operators and manpower effectively.
Monitor press machines and production processes to ensure smooth operations.
Must have good practical knowledge of press tools, dies, and press component manufacturing processes.
Ensure proper setting and operation of press machines as per process requirements.
Monitor production quality and minimize rejection, rework, and material wastage.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments for smooth production.
Identify production issues and take necessary corrective actions.




Maintain production records and prepare daily production reports.
Ensure adherence to safety procedures, 5S, and workplace discipline.
Support process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or a related technical field preferred.

Experience Required

1–3 years of relevant experience in a press shop / press component manufacturing company is mandatory.

Candidate Profile
Candidates with hands-on experience in press component manufacturing will be preferred.
Should have practical knowledge of press tools, dies, and production processes.
Should be comfortable working in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.
Must have basic knowledge of computers for production reporting and documentation.
