Role Description The Manager / Senior Manager Corporate Relations is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The role involves building and managing strategic relationships with corporate partners to support placements, internships, industry projects, and team-oriented initiatives.

Responsibilities include identifying and engaging new corporate partners, maintaining ongoing relationships with existing organizations, and coordinating campus drives, industry visits, and guest lectures.



The position requires close collaboration with academic and administrative teams to align corporate outreach with the university’s programs and student development goals. The role also includes preparing reports, tracking relationship metrics, supporting branding activities with industry, and representing BMU at external events and forums.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Corporate Relations and Business Relationship Management skills to develop and sustain partnerships with industry stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Candidates should possess working knowledge of Finance and an understanding of business operations to engage meaningfully with corporate partners.
- Candidates should possess Sales and business development skills to identify opportunities, pitch students placements, and expand industry networks.
- Relevant experience in corporate relations, campus recruitment, business development, or industry–academia interface, preferably in higher education.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple engagements and timelines.
- Strong analytical, planning, and reporting skills, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM or relationship-tracking tools.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Management, Business, or a related field; additional certifications in corporate or stakeholder management are an advantage.
