Key Responsibilities

- Drive project sales and revenue growth for Merino Laminates (LPL) across the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, architects, interior designers, builders, developers, contractors and project consultants.
- Identify new OEM and project opportunities and build a robust pipeline for business conversion.
- Leverage existing OEM relationships and networks to generate new business opportunities and increase Merino product penetration.
- Work closely with OEMs to understand their product requirements, design specifications, project pipeline and procurement processes.




- Identify and convert large projects through OEMs and other key influencers from lead generation to specification and final order closure.
- Build solid relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within OEM organizations.

Candidate Profile

Experience:

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Project Sales / OEM Sales / Specification Sales / Institutional Sales / B2B Sales.
- Experience in laminates, plywood, MDF, panels, furniture, modular furniture, interiors, building materials or related industries preferred.
- Strong existing relationships and network with OEMs.
- Experience working with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors and other project influencers will be an added advantage.
