We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Customer Relationship Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Call existing customers and maintain good relationships.
Inform customers about offers, current collections, and eye check-up camps.
Invite customers to visit the showroom.
Schedule appointments and follow up with customers.
Maintain customer records and call logs.
Provide excellent customer service over the phone.
Coordinate with the showroom team when required.

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Pleasant personality and polite phone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Google Sheets preferred).
Freshers are welcome.
Prior customer service or telecalling experience is an advantage.
