The Sales Engineer will combine technical construction knowledge with sales skills to promote our services, prepare project proposals, and work closely with clients to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop current business prospects in construction projects
Understand client requirements and propose suitable engineering solutions
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and technical proposals
Conduct site visits and client meetings
Coordinate with project, design, and procurement teams
Participate in tendering processes and bid submissions
Build and maintain robust client relationships
Track market trends and competitor activities in construction

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
0.6 - 2years of experience in construction sales or project engineering
Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and project lifecycle
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to read drawings and technical documents
