Job Summary:
we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Principal to lead the institution with a solid focus on academic excellence, discipline, and overall school development. The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and fluent English communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily school operations and ensure smooth functioning
Lead and manage teaching and non-teaching staff
Maintain high academic standards and student performance
Develop and implement school policies and curriculum strategies
Ensure discipline, safety, and a positive learning environment
Build robust relationships with parents, staff, and stakeholders
Monitor teacher performance and provide guidance/training
Handle admissions, budgeting, and administrative tasks





Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in school leadership/administration
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Fluent English communication is mandatory
Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE curriculum preferred
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or relevant field (B.Ed/M.Ed preferred)

Ability to drive innovation in teaching methods
