Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our team for Diesel Generator (DG) sales and service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Installation, servicing and maintenance of Diesel Generator (DG) sets.
Attend breakdown calls and carry out preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in DG sets.
Perform routine inspection and servicing of DG equipment.
Diagnose engine, alternator, battery and control panel-related issues.
Carry out A Check, B Check and C Check maintenance activities.
Maintain service reports and submit job completion reports.
Attend customer sites for breakdown and service requirements.
Coordinate with customers and the service team.
Follow company safety and service procedures.
Maintain service tools and equipment properly.
Travel to customer locations as required.
Qualification
ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Diesel Mechanic / Automobile candidates can also apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Required Skills
Knowledge of Diesel Engines and DG Sets.
Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication skills.
Willingness to travel to customer sites.
Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
