Own customer complaint resolution through RCA and cross-functional reviews.
Review rejection, rework, EMR and warranty trends; implement preventive actions.
Coordinate Production, Quality, Engineering, SCM and Service functions.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and 5S initiatives.
Present weekly/monthly KPI dashboards and strategic reviews to the Chairman.
