Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with Diploma in Mechanical can also apply)
Qualification:
Diploma / ITI / B.E. Mechanical
Knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform in-process inspection of CNC machined components.
Check dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Dial Gauge, and other measuring instruments.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and quality specifications.
Ensure products meet customer quality standards and process requirements.
Record inspection results and maintain quality documents.
Identify defects and immediately inform the Line In-charge or Quality Engineer.
Monitor first-off, patrol, and final inspections during production.
Support corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
Ensure compliance with 5S, safety, and company quality procedures.
Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to achieve zero-defect production.
Pay: ₹15,600.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
