Job Description:

Position: Production Executive

Location: Vapi

Experience: 8 - 10 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:
Plan and supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets.
Ensure smooth operation of reactors, process equipment, and utility systems.
Monitor batch processes and maintain product quality as per specifications.
Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Stores for uninterrupted production.
Implement GMP, SOPs, safety, and housekeeping practices across the plant.
Optimize manpower, raw material consumption, and machine utilization.
Investigate process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Maintain production records, batch documentation, and MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with ISO, EHS, and statutory regulations.




Lead production teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.

MS Office & ERP System Knowledge

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Chemical

Salary :- Upto 7.20 LPA
