About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Java Full Stack Developer to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in back-end development with Java and Spring Boot, and a positive understanding of front-end technologies and modern JavaScript frameworks. Youll be working on critical healthcare solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a rapid-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot (2.1+), and RESTful APIs
Work with relational databases like Oracle or PostgreSQL
Collaborate with frontend teams and build UI components using modern JavaScript frameworks
Apply robust object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
Solve complex technical problems using data structures and algorithms
Work on scripting and automation using tools like Perl, Shell Scripting,



Python, or Ruby on Rails
Optimize applications for performance, scalability and security
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and contribute to technical documentation
Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to support CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
Innovate and drive continuous improvement in development processes

Required Skills:
5 to 9 years of experience in Java and Spring Boot
Strong knowledge of OOP concepts, DSA, and design patterns
Hands-on experience with REST API development
Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern JS frameworks
Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience working in an Agile development environment
