We are looking for a dynamic Operations Executive to manage on-ground activities and vendor coordination across our real estate projects. Job Location: Bangalore

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Operations (Real Estate/Construction preferred).

Qualifications: 12th Pass

Role Type: Full Field-Based

Weekly Off: Weekdays (Not Weekends)

Work Style: Not a conventional 9–6 role. This position requires complete ownership of an operational vertical with robust accountability and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities




Manage day-to-day site operations and execution activities.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Maintain and expand the vendor network.
Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and service delivery.
Support procurement, logistics, and in office requirements.
Ensure smooth communication between site teams and management.
Track project progress and proactively resolve operational challenges.

Prefered Skills:
Minimum 6 months of experience in Operations (Real Estate/Construction preferred).
Solid vendor coordination skills.
Willingness to work in a full field role. Must have vehicle.
Versatile, responsible, and execution-focused mindset.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
