Job Responsibilities
Design and develop residential building plans.
Meet and coordinate with clients to understand requirements.
Prepare architectural drawings and working drawings.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams.
Conduct site visits and ensure design implementation.
Prepare 3D views and presentations for clients.
Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, and MS Office.
Valuable client handling and communication skills.
Knowledge of residential construction and building regulations.
Robust planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
