Key Responsibilities*
Provide end-to-end support, deployment, and ongoing management of Windows devices
Adaptable 24x7 support operations through rotational shifts
Weekend On-Call for production support escalations
Troubleshoot and provide remote support
Providing Touch services on need basis within the designated work locations
Responsible in resolving the tickets assigned to their resolver group within the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement)
Coordinating with Vendor for hardware issues
Provide subject matter expertise for EUC tools integrated with M365.
Act as escalation point for operational incidents, service requests, and user issues.
Maintain documentation including architecture diagrams, SOPs, support runbooks, and governance procedures.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Security, Networks, Infrastructure, Projects) to support M365related initiatives.
Evaluate and manage updates from the Microsoft 365 Roadmap and ensure protected adoption.
