Key Responsibilities:1. Teaching & Classroom Management
Plan and deliver lessons in Environmental Studies (EVS) and basic Social Science concepts.
Use interactive teaching methods such as storytelling, activities, role-play, and visual aids.
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom setting.
Manage student behavior effectively.
Lesson Planning
Prepare weekly and monthly lesson plans aligned with curriculum (CBSE/GSEB/ICSE).
Develop worksheets, assignments, and teaching aids.
Integrate real-life examples to make learning practical.
Student Assessment & Evaluation
Conduct regular assessments (oral, written, activity-based).
Maintain records of student progress.
Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
Activity-Based Learning
Organize projects, quizzes, and group activities.
Conduct field-related activities (e.g., map work,



community awareness).
Encourage participation in school events related to social awareness.
Use of Technology
Utilize smart boards, ERP systems, and digital content for teaching.
Update attendance, marks, and reports in school ERP.
Parent Interaction
Attend Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
Communicate student progress and areas of improvement.
Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain student records and documentation.
Follow school policies and guidelines.
Assist in school events, exhibitions, and functions.
