Role Description The Manager Human Resources Business Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for partnering with business leaders to align people strategies with operational goals. This position involves managing end-to-end HR processes, including workforce planning, talent acquisition support, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for assigned business units. The role includes providing coaching to managers on people-related matters, handling employee relations issues, and ensuring fair and compliant HR practices.

The HRBP Manager will collaborate with central HR teams on policy implementation,



compensation reviews, learning and development initiatives, and organizational change projects. The role also requires using HR data and analytics to identify trends, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement in employee experience and productivity.

Qualifications

- Experience in HR business partnering, with strong skills in employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Capability in talent management, including supporting recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and development interventions.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements relevant to Indian operations, preferably within logistics or related industries.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence leaders at multiple levels.
- Proficiency in using HRIS, spreadsheets, and data analytics tools to interpret HR metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to work in office in a fast-paced, operational environment and manage multiple priorities independently.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a multi-location or large-scale organization is preferred, with exposure to change management and organizational development initiatives.
