We are seeking a versatile Manager to oversee financial operations, statutory compliance, cost optimization, and strategic investments. Candidates holding CA, CS, CMA, or CFA credentials (or dual qualifications) are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial & Tax Compliance (CA): Oversee full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, direct/indirect tax filings, and statutory audits.
- Corporate Governance & Law (CS): Ensure strict compliance with the Companies Act, handle ROC filings, maintain statutory registers, and manage board documentation.
- Cost Control & MIS (CMA): Build cost-accounting models, track unit economics, manage operational budgets, and prepare executive MIS reports.
- Strategic Finance & Valuation (CFA):



Perform financial modeling, business valuation, treasury management, and capital allocation analysis.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Credentials: Qualified CA, CS, CMA, or CFA (multi-credentialed candidates preferred).
- Experience: 0–5 years in accounting, corporate secretarial law, FP&A;, or investment strategy (open to high-potential freshers).
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of the Companies Act, statutory tax frameworks, advanced Excel/financial modeling, and standard ERP systems (Tally, SAP, Zoho Books).
