Job Brief

We are seeking for an experienced finance professional to manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, audit, taxation, statutory compliance, treasury, and MIS. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing the finance and accounting functions of a diversified group of companies across multiple business entities with strong knowledge of Ind AS, ERP systems, and financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting & Reporting:

- Manage complete accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.
- Prepare and finalize standalone and consolidated financial statements.
- Perform ledger scrutiny, account reconciliations, and balance sheet schedules.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards (Ind AS preferred).

Audit & Finalization:

- Independently handle statutory audit, tax audit, internal audit, and other regulatory audits.
- Coordinate with auditors and resolve audit observations efficiently.
- Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents, and financial disclosures.
- Ensure timely closure of audit requirements and regulatory filings.

Real Estate Accounting:

- Account for project costs, land acquisitions, construction expenses, and project profitability.




- Monitor project-wise budgets and cost allocations.
- Track customer receivables, advances, retention money, and project cash flows.

Investment Accounting:

- Accounting and valuation of investments, mutual funds, bonds, equity instruments, and group investments.
- Reconciliation of investment portfolios and income accounting.
- Preparation of MIS and investment performance reports.

Taxation & Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.
- Liaise with consultants and regulatory authorities as required.

Treasury & Banking:

- Manage banking transactions, fund positioning, and payment controls.
- Assist in cash flow planning and working capital management.

MIS & Business Support

- Prepare monthly MIS, management reports, and variance analysis.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning exercises.
- Provide analytical insights to management for decision-making.

Technical Skills:

- Robust knowledge of Accounting Standards / Ind AS.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act provisions.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP systems
