Role Description The Manager – Donor Development, Crowdfunding & Resource Mobilisation is a full time, on-site role based in Dwarka. The role involves designing and executing donor development strategies, including identifying prospective individual and institutional donors, nurturing relationships, and ensuring sustained engagement and support. The manager will plan and manage crowdfunding campaigns, develop compelling narratives and outreach materials, and coordinate online and offline activities to maximize participation and contributions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking fundraising performance, maintaining donor databases and documentation, preparing reports and presentations for leadership,



and ensuring transparent, ethical resource mobilisation aligned with the mission of Veterans India. The role also includes collaborating with program, communications, and finance teams to integrate fundraising efforts with ongoing initiatives and events, and representing the organization at meetings, presentations, and public forums as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in fundraising strategy, donor development, and relationship management.
- Candidates should possess skills in crowdfunding campaign planning, digital outreach, and online community engagement.
- Candidates should possess skills in communication, including proposal writing, report writing, and presentation skills.
- Candidates should possess skills in data management, CRM or donor database handling, and basic analytics to track campaign performance.
- Candidates should possess skills in stakeholder coordination, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Relevant experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, NGO or social sector resource mobilisation is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in management, communications, social work, marketing, or a related field is preferred; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Commitment to the values of nationalism, patriotism, inclusivity, and public service, with the ability to work on-site in Dwarka on a full-time basis.
