Duties and Responsibilities3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job)

1. Planning
- Drive Projects related to Online acquisition of customer.
- Design end-to-end online customer journey identifying all touch points and drop-off points.




- Identify and align with business on projects/products/initiatives for building horizontal capabilities that help in either improving processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Education: BE/MBA
- Experience: 1-2 years knowledge of COE role
- Knowledge: Knowledge of SFDC. Problem solving.
