Role Description The Mall Head is a full-time, in office role based in Udaipur and is responsible for overall mall operations, commercial performance, and customer experience. This role oversees tenant management, including leasing coordination, relationship building with retailers, and resolution of operational issues.

The Mall

Head manages facility operations such as security, housekeeping, maintenance, and safety standards to ensure smooth daily functioning. The role also involves planning and executing marketing and promotional activities to drive footfall, analyzing sales and performance data, optimizing budgets, and leading a cross-functional team. Regular interaction with senior management, vendors, and local authorities is required to maintain compliance and align the mall’s performance with company objectives.

Qualifications





- Strong mall or retail operations management experience, including facility oversight and vendor coordination.
- Experience in tenant management, leasing support, and long-term relationship building with retailers and partners.
- Skills in budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis using operational and sales data.
- Ability to plan and execute marketing, events, and customer engagement initiatives to increase footfall.
- Proven leadership capabilities, including team management, coaching, and cross-functional coordination.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Knowledge of safety, compliance, and local regulatory requirements related to commercial properties.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Retail, Hospitality, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in mall management, large-format retail, or hospitality operations in India is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Udaipur, with flexibility for weekends and extended hours as needed.
