Handle day-to-day maintenance of production machines, electrical systems, and plant equipment. Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance . Ensure minimum machine downtime and quick resolution of breakdowns.

Maintain and monitor electrical panels, motors, compressors, pumps, DG, wiring, and other utilities. Coordinate with production and other departments regarding maintenance requirements. Supervise maintenance technicians, electricians, and helpers.

Maintain records of breakdowns, preventive maintenance, spare parts, and maintenance activities. Prepare and follow preventive maintenance schedules. Identify recurring machine problems and take corrective action.

Ensure availability and proper stock of critical maintenance spares. Coordinate with external vendors/service providers for specialized repair and maintenance work. Ensure compliance with electrical and workplace safety procedures.

Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities to reduce maintenance and utility costs. Support installation, commissioning, and shifting of current machines/equipment. Report major breakdowns and maintenance issues to management.
