Role Description The Maintenance Executive Electrical Mechanical is a full-time, on-site role based in Palghar. This role is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure smooth, safe, and uninterrupted plant operations. Key activities include planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules, conducting routine inspections, identifying faults, and coordinating timely corrective actions.

The position involves collaborating with production and quality teams, maintaining accurate maintenance records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and increase equipment reliability.



The role may also support equipment upgrades and modifications, as well as vendor coordination for spare parts and services.

Qualifications

- Strong maintenance skills in industrial environments, including preventive and breakdown maintenance for mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles applicable to manufacturing machinery, utilities, and material handling systems.
- Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics.
- Inspection skills for equipment health monitoring, root cause analysis, and safety compliance checks.
- Understanding of automotive or similar rotating equipment, such as motors, gearboxes, and conveyors, used in industrial settings.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and basic quality systems.
- Ability to work in shifts, manage multiple maintenance priorities, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in food manufacturing or FMCG plants is an advantage.
