About the Role :

Cold Chain Solution is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our finance and accounts department. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, billing, accounting entries, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP.
Prepare invoices, billing, and voucher entries.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Maintain ledgers and perform bank reconciliation.
Prepare MIS reports using MS Excel.
Maintain proper accounting records and financial documentation.
Assist in GST documentation and filing (basic knowledge preferred).
Coordinate with management for financial reporting and other accounting activities.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial transactions.

Required Skills
Working knowledge of Tally ERP / Accounting Software.




Good proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Positive typing and documentation skills.
Solid attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Eligibility
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.
Experience: 1–3 years in Accounts or Finance.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,006.92 - ₹16,006.84 per month
