Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Fresher to join our team as a Junior Purchase Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving orders from local medical stores, managing inventory requirements, communicating with pharmaceutical manufacturers/distributors, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
Order Processing: Receive and record daily purchase orders from local retail medical shops via phone, WhatsApp, or in-person visits.
Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels daily to identify shortage items and prevent out-of-stock situations.
Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Contact pharmaceutical distributors and companies to place reorders, track delivery schedules, and secure best prices.
Invoice & Record Maintenance: Cross-check incoming stock invoices against physical inventory and record purchase details accurately.
Customer Support: Coordinate with local chemist shops regarding stock availability, order statuses, and delivery timings.




Returns & Claims Management: Assist in handling damaged goods, short-expiry products, and processing supplier credit notes.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: 12th , Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Science (B.Sc), Commerce (B.Com), or Business Administration (BBA).
Experience: Freshers welcomed! Prior internship or familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
Skills:
Basic knowledge of computer operations (MS Excel/Word, email handling, or pharmacy billing software).
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Basic mathematical and analytical abilities for handling quantities and billing.
Ability to learn medicine brand names and generic compositions quickly.
Attributes: Punctual, honest, eager to learn, and capable of multi-tasking in a quick-paced wholesale setting.
