BIM Architect – Job Description

Position: BIM Architect

Role Summary:
Responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing architectural BIM models using Revit, ensuring accurate project documentation and multidisciplinary coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain architectural BIM models in Revit.
Prepare drawings, schedules, and construction documentation.
Coordinate with structural and MEP teams for clash-free design.
Conduct model reviews, quality checks, and clash detection.
Ensure compliance with BIM standards, BEP, and project requirements.
Support quantity take-offs and project deliverables.
Maintain BIM families, templates, and libraries.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
1–3 years of BIM project experience.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, and BIM workflows.
Robust coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:
Experience with Dynamo, clash detection, and BIM coordination.
Familiarity with visualization tools such as Enscape, Lumion, or Twinmotion.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
