We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR administration, and talent management. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and interested in building a career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities
Assist with sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for interviews.
Support recruitment activities and job posting management.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with onboarding and orientation of recent hires.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events.
Help prepare HR reports and maintain databases.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support.
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.




Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous internship, project, or coursework related to HR is a plus.
Familiarity with recruitment platforms and HR software is an advantage.
