Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition.
Strong knowledge of debugging and troubleshooting techniques within Java applications.
Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems to track and resolve issues.
Ability to analyze logs and system outputs to identify root causes of software malfunctions.
Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and version control systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in quick-paced environments.

Additional Information:
