We are urgently looking for "Maintenance Engineer" for one of our Japanese client based in Sri City (Andhra Pradesh). Please find below mentioned detail:

Required Technical Skills

- Robust knowledge of HMC & VMC machine maintenance.
- Knowledge of CNC machine electrical and mechanical systems.
- Good troubleshooting skills for Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi CNC systems.
- Knowledge of servo drives, spindle drives, PLCs, sensors, proximity switches, relays, contactors, and control panels.
- Understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, and coolant systems.
- Ability to read and understand electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings.
- Knowledge of CNC machine parameters, alarms, diagnostics, and backup/recovery procedures.
- Familiarity with TPM, PM, RCA, MTBF, MTTR, and machine OEE will be an advantage.
