Maintenance Engineer Locating and Fixing Machines Our plastics manufacturing division's "Machinery Lifeline Engineer" and "Mechanical Integrity Custodian" is the Machine Maintenance Engineer. Your main responsibility is to design, implement, and protect the optimal mechanical uptime and structural performance of a large fleet of injection molding machines and automated auxiliary systems, converting intricate hydraulic systems, high/-pressure toggle clamps, and electrical servo drives into production cycles with zero downtime. As the "Guardian of Equipment Reliability," you assume direct execution responsibility for hydraulic oil conditioning, barrel heating zone repairs, pneumatic circuit calibrations, breakdown recovery operations, and preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities/: Electro/-Hydraulic System Diagnosis and Overhauls/: Identify, fix, and enhance clamping cylinder packs, servo pumps, directional control valves, proportional valves, and high/-pressure hydraulic circuits in significant injection molding machines.

Mechanical

Structure & Tie/-Bar Alignment Care/: To prevent uneven wear on complicated tool sets, measure, track, and modify mechanical toggle mechanisms, platen alignments, tie/-bar tension balances, and automatic lubrication distribution lines.

Barrel

Heating & Injection Unit Maintenance/: To guarantee exact resin melting conditions, maintain and troubleshoot barrel heating elements, thermocouples,



solid/-state relays /(SSRs/), screw/-tip assemblies, back/-flow valves, and hydraulic screw/-drive motors. Automation, Peripheral Systems, and Plant Utilities Support/: Maintain the optimal performance of peripheral systems, such as air compressors, cooling towers, water/-cooled chillers, central raw/-material dehumidifiers, mold temperature controllers /(MTCs/), and 3/-axis sprue/-picking robots.

Skills/: The capacity to understand and deconstruct intricate multi/-page hydraulic flow diagrams, proportional valve logic routes, and pneumatic control circuit designs with ease is known as hydraulic and pneumatic circuit schematic literacy. Electro/-Mechanical Machine Diagnostic Fluency/: Good hands/-on expertise troubleshooting PLC input/output loops, tracking electrical control issues inside panel systems, and adjusting variable speed drive curves.
