Required Qualifications

6-8 Years for SSE/ 10-12 years for Lead automation experience in a mainframe environment with robust knowledge on COBOL, DB2, JCL and VSAM.

Strong understanding of Mainframe Tools: CA7 (Scheduling), Endeavor, REXX, SORT Utilities and Easytrieve and IBM z/OS systems and associated utilities/tools (e.g., CICS, TSO/ISPF, SDSF, File-AID, Abend-Aid,)

Strong understanding of batch job processes.

Experience in creating modern tech stack automation frameworks

Desired Qualifications:

Analyze user and business requirements and translate them into technical design specifications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (analysts, testers, operations) throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues, bugs, and production incidents independently in a timely manner

Good understanding of IMS DB/DC

Ability to work at enterprise level and communicate in large forums

Strong analytical and communication skills
