Role Description The Machine Operator role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

The Machine

Operator will set up, operate, and monitor machinery used to produce precision fasteners, ensuring correct parameters, tooling, and materials are in place. Daily tasks include loading and unloading machines, performing basic adjustments, and checking parts against specifications using measuring instruments. The role involves following work instructions,



maintaining safety and cleanliness around equipment, and reporting any equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors.

The Machine

Operator will work closely with production and quality teams to meet output targets while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Machine Operation skills and experience working with production Machinery.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, including basic inspection techniques and use of measuring tools.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in using Hand Tools and basic mechanical aptitude for routine adjustments.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for coordinating with supervisors and team members.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing or engineering environments, preferably in metal components or fasteners, is beneficial.
- Ability to follow safety procedures, read basic technical drawings or work instructions, and stand for extended periods.
- Completion of vocational training, ITI, or equivalent in mechanical, fitter, or machining trades is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts and collaborate in a diverse, team-oriented production environment.
