1.2 WTE post (full time / part-time considered)

We are excited to offer the opportunity for Band 7 Independent Prescribing Pharmacists with at least 2 years prescribing experience to work within our Primary Care Pharmacotherapy Teams and support with the Community Hospitals.

The post holder will carry out Pharmacotherapy tasks as per the GMS Contract including medication/polypharmacy reviews, support with discharge prescribing, whilst also providing assistance with prescribing cost savings in Primary Care and Community Hospitals and being a clinical support for the staff and for the patients.

These opportunities are for permanent posts. This is an opportunity for Independent Prescribers to widen their experience and will be ideal for a staff member with existing experience in this area.
