Drive logistics planning, cost optimization, operational excellence, infrastructure projects, compliance, and performance improvement across the logistics network

Key Responsibilities

- Planning &
- Strategy:

Plant, VPC and RSY capacity planning, network optimization, gap identification and mitigation
- Cost &
- Commercial: Logistics cost analysis, freight optimization, service contract & investment review, business case evaluation
- Performance &
- Control: KPI, SLA, dispatch, turnaround time, dwell time, damage & inventory monitoring
- Insurance &
- Risk: Transit insurance renewal, declarations, premium adjustments, claims management and claim reduction
- Process &
- Projects: Process compliance, SAP/ERP controls and logistics infrastructure, system and improvement projects
- Management &
- Governance: Monthly KPI reporting, Business Plan, management reviews, coordination with Plant, Sales, Finance & logistics partners
