About the Role

Looking for an experienced and responsible Logistics Head to lead the logistics operations and ensure smooth, timely, and efficient shipment management.

The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills and experience handling international clients, shipments, dispatches, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Logistics Department for smooth day-to-day operations
- Coordinate with Directors, Production, Dispatch & other departments for timely shipment execution
- Manage communication with international clients regarding shipments, dispatch schedules and delivery updates
- Allocate tasks to the logistics team and ensure timely completion
- Track shipments from dispatch to final delivery and maintain accurate records
- Resolve logistics issues by coordinating with courier companies,



freight partners and internal teams
- Prepare and share shipment reports, pending-issue reports and delivery status updates
- Share tracking details, product videos and required shipment updates with clients
- Ensure proper documentation, confidentiality and compliance with company procedures
- Provide regular logistics updates to Directors
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in logistics operations

Candidate Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in Logistics / Dispatch / International Logistics
- Experience in international client coordination preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of shipment tracking and logistics documentation
- Ability to manage a team and multiple shipments simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting
- Jewellery industry experience will be an added advantage
