Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Loan Sanction Officer based in Noida.

The Loan Sanction

Officer will review and assess loan applications, verify financial information and documentation, and evaluate creditworthiness in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves collaborating with finance and underwriting teams to make informed sanction decisions, preparing clear approval or rejection notes, and maintaining accurate records of all loan files. The officer will also interact with applicants to clarify requirements, address queries,



and ensure a smooth and transparent loan origination process. Ongoing responsibilities include monitoring portfolio quality, identifying potential risks, and suggesting process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Experience in loan officer responsibilities, including loan assessment, approval, and portfolio monitoring.
- Robust knowledge of finance principles, credit analysis, and risk evaluation in lending environments.
- Underwriting skills with the ability to interpret financial statements, verify documents, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Customer service capabilities to communicate clearly with applicants, manage expectations, and handle queries professionally.
- Exposure to loan origination processes, including application intake, documentation, and workflow management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and financial software; comfort working with digital loan management systems.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, ethical judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Noida.
