Acquire current customers for Gold Loan products through field visits, references, leads, campaigns and local market activities. Generate leads and convert prospects into gold loan customers. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly gold loan disbursement targets .
Build relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business and referrals. Identify customer financial requirements and recommend suitable gold loan products. Conduct market visits to identify potential customers, traders, self-employed individuals and small business owners.
Explain loan products, interest rates, repayment schedules, documentation and other terms to customers.
