As an LLM Model Developer, your day involves refining and adapting large language models to better suit specific domains and instructions. You will focus on enhancing the model's ability to understand and respond accurately within targeted contexts. This role requires continuous experimentation and adjustment to improve the model's relevance and effectiveness, ensuring it meets the unique needs of various applications.

Collaboration with team members to align model outputs with project goals is a key part of your daily activities, fostering innovation and precision in language model development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model improvements into production environments.
- Monitor model performance and implement iterative enhancements based on feedback and evaluation metrics.
- Document methodologies and findings to support knowledge sharing and future development.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in model development tasks.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with natural language processing techniques and model fine-tuning strategies.
- Strong understanding of machine learning principles related to language models.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing and domain adaptation methods.
- Ability to analyze model outputs and troubleshoot performance issues.




- Skilled in using programming languages and frameworks commonly applied in LLM development.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
