Role Description The Listing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ludhiana.

The Listing

Executive will be responsible for creating, updating, and optimizing product listings across multiple e-commerce marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate content, pricing, and categorization. Daily activities include coordinating with internal teams for product data, images, and inventory details; monitoring listing performance; identifying gaps or errors; and implementing improvements to enhance visibility and conversions. The role involves maintaining compliance with marketplace guidelines,



supporting current product launches, tracking promotions, and preparing basic performance reports.

Executive will also collaborate with account managers and marketing teams to support campaigns and ensure a consistent brand presentation across all platforms.

Qualifications

- Experience with e-commerce marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket) and understanding of listing workflows.
- Strong skills in data entry, catalog management, and product information organization, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of SEO for product listings, keyword usage, and content optimization to improve search rankings and visibility.
- Competence in using spreadsheets and online tools for bulk uploads, price updates, stock management, and performance tracking.
- Analytical ability to review listing performance metrics, identify issues, and suggest practical improvements for conversions and revenue.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external marketplace support.
- Ability to work systematically, manage multiple listings and platforms simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace listing, or account management is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline;
